As long as you are using a regular cell phone or landline to contact us, and we can verify that your number is attached to your name - we can then accept either a work or provider reference.

If you are using a burner or a voice app to call us, the only way we can screen you is by a local provider reference that you give us. (With the current political climate, some providers aren't comfortable calling back for references, please understand we must be able to speak with them directly in order to screen - no texts or emails). We will work with you to get you screened and verified as quickly as possible, but please understand that if we cannot reach the local provider who can verify you - we will need to do a work reference.

When you submit a provider reference, please make sure that they are located in California and that you have seen this provider within the last 6 months. They also need to have a current ad. No exceptions.We must be able to speak with the provider, we cannot accept text or email references. If they do not accept our call, we cannot accept their reference.

If you do not have a provider reference we have other options for those who have a phone number that ties back to their real name.
Once we have verified that your phone number ties back to you we can accept the following:An email to our non-published, discreet email address from your verifiable official work email account. Not a yahoo or hotmail account.
Your business website where you are mentioned by name and your phone number is listed.
Your up to date LinkedIn profile showing work history (not a newly created account). Reviews of your business on review sites such as Yelp or Google reviews.
